What are the terms of the Exchange Policy ?
- You can apply for an exchange for your order within 7 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes. In case your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, you will have to self ship the product.
- Exchanges accepted for defects or for change in size. Exchanges can only be done for the same products in a different size or choice of fabric. It cannot be exchanged for another design in the same product category or against any other product across our website.
- We only allow exchanges on items that are new and have not been worn or washed or altered. All products to be exchanged must be in original condition, with all tags, branding materials and packaging intact. The original courier package must be preserved.
- Ordered Products can be exchanged once, free of charge.
- Orders cannot be exchanged for lower value products.
- For exchange with higher value products, we will share you upi/payment link to make the remaining payment. Once done, we will initiate reverse pick up of exchanged products.
- Please note that the actual color of the product may slightly vary due to change in lighting conditions and the display of your device.

I have created an exchange request. How will the product be picked up?
Once we acknowledge an exchange request, someone from the courier partner’s team will arrive at the address for a pickup within 3 business days. Please ensure the product(s) and the tags are intact on the product(s) for it to be accepted by the courier company.

We recommend using Speed Post. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India. Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
We will credit INR 100 in your Shadystuffs account in lieu of the shipping costs and once the original order is received, the replacement will be shipped out for you.
When will I get my exchanged product delivered?
Your exchange product will be shipped from our warehouse after the returned product has been received at our warehouse. Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 1-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

- If you wish to return products from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be sent back to us. Partial returns aren’t accepted.
- In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
- We charge a nominal fee of INR 80/- for handling returns.

When will I get the refund?
Once we receive the returned product, we will do an inspection at our end and further approve / decline your refund request. Shadystuffs reserves the right to refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled or if the tags, packages and marketing materials are not returned in their intact original condition.
Once the verification is complete at our end, we will initiate a refund and notify you in email. All refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 15 business days. The handling fee of ₹80/- will be deducted from the refund amount.
